Canadian Grand Prix to stay in Montreal until 2024

Between the end of the third free practice session and qualifying at the Canadian Grand Prix, it has been announced that the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve will continue to host the Formula One race for the next 10-years.

As part of the new contract extension to keep the race in Montreal until 2014, a considerable amount of money is set to be invested for upgrades at the track in terms of the facilities and paddock complex. In a currently tight paddock, F1 teams should be looking forward to these upgrades.
